Amleto is Vice President at Green Horse Financial Advisory and joined in 2023. He has developed a strong expertise in the Infrastructure and Energy sector with a consolidated experience in the M&A and financing transactions. He assists several clients in the sale, acquisition and financing of renewable energy portfolios developing an in-depth knowledge of the entire deal process. From 2020 to 2023, he was in Terna SpA in the structured and project finance team. He was responsible for the modelling and financial structuring for international acquisitions in the greenfield and brownfield market, while supporting with lenders to successfully execute project finance transactions and assist with modelling, optimization on debt covenants and metrics. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as Associate in PwC Advisory in the M&A infrastructure and project finance team. In this role he has developed a significant experience in financial modelling, and valuation in the energy and infrastructure field. He started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance in the M&A Industrial team.

Amleto holds a BSc in Finance at Bocconi University, and a MSc in Finance with major in Investment Banking at Bocconi University, and has gained international experience at the University of Texas at Austin.
