
Emanuela has 25 years of experience at Telecom Italia Group where she covered various roles and responsibilities in the Administration, Financial & Business Control.
After teaching economic-financial and management at the Telecom Italia Group’s High School “Guglielmo Reiss Romoli”, she joined the Group in 2000, where she gained growing experience in the field of Corporate Planning &Control and management, following the reporting and economic financial performance of the fixed/mobile businesses of some of the international subsidiaries (Entel Chile Group, Entel Bolivia, Telecom Argentina, EtcSA Cuba), Information Technology and Real Estate Divisions, Seat Pagine Gialle Group and TI Media S.p.A, as well as cost control of the Corporate Staff Structures of Telecom Italia.
In 2005, she landed in the Group’s Information Technology Spending Monitoring and Consolidation Project, making a decisive contribution to the analysis and preparation of Executive Summaries for the TIM’s Steering Committees.
Since 2006, she had held positions and responsibility as Planning and Controlling in Matrix S.p.A. (Virgilio), a subsidiary controlled by TIM, where she had expertise to business planning, budgeting and administrative accounting, evaluations and monitoring of the main drivers of the Virgilio business (Advertising, Marketing, Sales Agents profitability, Technology Projects).
Returning to TIM at the end of 2011, she worked as controller in the Strategy and Innovation Function, following transversally the Group innovation projects for Investment Approval Committee.
In 2017 she had interesting experience in the Real Estate division, where she was mainly in charge of following in the round the cost and investment management of TIM’s Northwest area, supporting the Top Management for “Renegotiations” and “Property valorization” projects (Leasing contracts, and towers valorization and carve-out of passive infrastructure of Telecom Italia network, central offices switch off and decommissioning project).
In 2018 she entered in TIM’s Investor Relations team where she was fully dedicated in the analysis of Brokers’ models, recommendations and consensus, Benchmark of main European and National Peers/Competitors in the TLC sector with regard to economic and financial, technical, commercial, Remuneration Policy and ESG indicators.
In the past years, she was dedicated also to Compliance 231 Law and Sox 404/L.262 activities for the TIM’s staff functions as contact person.
