Giacomo joined Green Horse Financial Advisory in 2025 as a Senior Associate. He brings strong expertise in the energy sector, with a focus on M&A, structured and project finance.
From 2021 to 2025, he was part of the Investment and Finance team at Whysol Investments, an investment company specializing in renewable energy. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, he worked at a corporate finance boutique, where he focused on debt restructuring, M&A, and interim management.
Giacomo holds a BSc in Business Management from Università Cattolica and an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University.
